The Aim of the course is to:
Provide the candidate with the essential knowledge required for working safely at height using a safety harness and associated equipment.
Encourage candidates to read and comply with equipment manufactures instructions and to inspect their equipment at interval set out in current legislation.
Train candidates to work at height in a safe and efficient manner and to understand the importance of rescue procedures in the event of an incident.
(Note Candidates will not be trained in rescue as part of this course)
